Actually, I wouldn't call that s a crime. It's just a variation of pizza on zitti, which is basically this cooked as a regular pasta dish. You finish it in the oven(plate and all) to get that crispy browning on the cheese. Mmmm good! Used to have it all the time.

Sir, this is at most a misdemeanor. You need to add some mayonnaise or chocolate syrup for this to be a crime.
