Don't ask how they uncooked it, support was trying to help them get the cheese off.

The designed part is probably not even edible - probably glued and held by wires.

The funny thing is, they use the same ingredients for the photos… but they very selectively position and melt/toast everything

The employee making your burger isn’t going to care if the cheese isn’t perfectly positioned, or that the burger patties aren’t perfectly charred.
