#3 in back there made a poor choice in color scheme. Maybe there is an attachable beak we're missing that brings the ensemble together...

Funny you say that. This isn't the same person, but it looks like it's from the same event (the Fremont Solstice Parade, 2010), and the beak really does bring the ensemble together
