PP5 Plastic to Glass Petri’s

Recently switched from screw top PP5 plastic agar plates to 90mm glass petris.

PP5 plates were used for “No-Pour” agar method.

Now using a sous vide set at 55C to store media bottle filled with agar before pouring into glass plates
