Actually, they should, I went there a couple year ago, and I remember the iconic running character one changing from time to time.
I don't recall if it's an animation or a slide, but I am pretty sure it changed.
Also, I can't imagine those other boards are all NOT animated.
Something is weird here.
The picture quality is astonishing though, that's for sure...
