It looks like a screenshot from flipkart, an Indian company. Kota is a place in India (in)famous for student suicides so I think it's just the lack of pixels. Pin code seems correct as well but AI could just be that good now.

Naah Overdosing is more painless and cheap :). I don't know how effective is that I will test soon. So, just wait for result. :)
