This might be too big a question for this thread, but would this be viewed as a tasty snack given there’s less protein? Or is that the case anyway seeing as the carnivorous versions are also small?
We ate it as a main course and it was quite filling. I don't worry so much about protein meal to meal. I try to have a balanced diet with some very high protein meals and some low. For instance, the day we made this I had vegan sausage and tofu scramble for breakfast.
