The part to the left was super juicy and good, the middle was just right and the part to the right was a little bit dry but I still enjoyed it a lot.

Had a great deal on them too.

I usually don't go for beef ribs, but those look amazing! Nice job!

These look great! What was your time/temp? Wrap/No Wrap?

If I remember correct:

  • put them on at 12pm, temperature at 135c (275f).
  • wrapped at 4pm in butcher paper.
  • put into a cooler to rest at about 5pm.
  • rested for 1h15.

I used smokingdadbbq his video as a guideline.
