Got it from a local bike shop for 15Eur iirc.
It’s actually quite good, the top has a separate pocket for your phone (with a clear plastic so that you can somewhat use it).
The inside has enough space to even fit a spare inner tube along with a few other things.
Really neat and useful.

Is that one of those hard cover packs from Amazon that hold your phone on top? Do you like it pretty good? Seems like a nice thing to pick up.

If your knees go high enough or your top tube dips low enough, you might constantly be touching the bag with your knees which is super annoying.
If you hav3 plenty of clearance go for it.
