This seems really strong? It's so cheap, you can feasibly double spell on turn 4, and plot a free counterspell. Edit: Just reread plot, this card is mid.

I hope this means the 1 planeswalker per set rule is already on the way out. I expected him to be in BIG to stick to that for a bit longer.
