Mechanical part of my CNC mill (from a kit). I'm currently working on the control cabinets.

I don't know what to write about it yet, since it still can't move on its own. 😅

This community is tiny, so I'll just post photos of the build now and then. When I've gained a bit of experience, then hopefully I can help others with their CNCs.

I'll wait until you're done for the review but how much did it cost? I have years of experience with laser cutters and would LOVE to add a CNC to the shop for the things my laser can't do

The machine as it stands there cost me 5k€; Control cabinets including vfd will probably amount to 2.5k€; Spindle with water cooling to another 2.5k€. So 10k€ without surprises.

My workshop is tiny, so I hope to get the most of the space this machine occupies.

Damn! A bit out of my price range for now. But that makes sense why it looks so nice!
