They pronounce it general tee-so

One customer also pronounced it as general T.S.O

I feel your pain. I had a regular buying a Caramel shortbread every morning and keep referring to it as Caramel shortcut...

Man I can't even understand how someone has gone their whole life thinking it's called shortcut

I swear customers are just weird npcs intentionally trying to make your life harder lol
