It's not a trans thing or anything close, but almost all trans people pass through a denial stage where they deny that they want to be a boy or a girl and say things like "well, all boys wanted to dress as a girl at least once, I just want it alot, I'm not trans"

It means not wanting to accept/believe in something that's true, like accepting you are balding (or accepting you are trans).

Shave your head and grow a beard if you have strong chin the beard is not necessary. Probably you will look 10x better than you did with hair.
