So I know that if you torrent you should use VPN to avoid repercussions from government/companies ect. But what about ddls(for ex. Adobe products from monkrus), movie streaming or some things where a VPN wouldn't make a difference such as activating Windows or office. Is there any safety things I should follow there or they don't really care? I just really want to avoid any fines but don't really wanna pay for a bunch of things. Thanks š

With DDLs I'd be more worried about malware then fines.
That said you should only sites that have HTTPS.

yep, aways stay alert on malware popups and downloads on DDL sites. Use uBlock Origin with Firefox. Also, download DDLs only from trusted sites.
I didn't know Monkrus gave DDLs. I thought he only used public torrent trackers to host his torrents.
