Charlie is so anxious of going on walks outside of the property line… this was the solution.

Any idea why he is so anxious? It’s great that you found a solution, but he would probably enjoy all the sniffs if he was able to get over the fear and walk.

Looks like he should be walking and not being catered too. Tis a fat dog
