Ukraine sure is feeling a lot more harm than when it was part of USSR, that's not even a question. After USSR dissolved it's been constant fighting, and people are suffering in all the former republics.

Not to mention Belarus with Putin's puppet.
Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia that are being treatened?
Georgia that literally gets pieces of its land stolen/border moved by Russia?
