mortar and air strikes may suddenly decide that you are not inside a building and are in fact on an open field.

Enemies are now more likely to unexpectedly spawn behind you. Surprise mothafucka!
The Exfil chopper will kill you if it's in a bad mood.
Some of the weapon sights are now misaligned. And if you upgrade a weapon to use one such sight, you'll receive a free laser upgrade! It's also misaligned.
