That’s totally fair.
For me, I fully admit that the new Roadhouse isn’t a good movie, however, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

What a wonderful and perfect suggestion. That movie sucked. It sucked the moon right out of the sky.
I really like the idea of using this community to caution people away from bad new movies where the reviews are still settling

Haven't seen the original, but the new one was pretty boring. Jake's character was sort of interesting, but not enough to make a whole movie about him. I'll probably try the original one to see if its better.

The original character is great. Both are on prime right now, but you could probably find a DVD rip off the first one.

I loved seeing Jeff Healey in the original Roadhouse. That man could play guitar like fucking crazy.
