Every year, tuberculosis kills over a million people. Can a new vaccine turn the tide?

I used to have to have a physical every 2 years for my job, and part of it was an injection that if it reacted after a few days, it meant you had TB. So it was a concern. This was not that long ago, relatively speaking - 10 years or so?

So if this is a real possibility, very cool.
