Is this a place to track ghost instances like wayfarershaven.eu?

This is a ghost instance: wayfarershaven.eu

It was apparently a lemmy server at one point, but no longer exists. Yet if you visit this community, it’s live:

You can post there but you’ll get burnt if you spend much time there because it’s just a ghost town. Would be nice if the Lemmy client would warn users that the original server is dead.
