I recently got a 2021 CR-V Touring and I absolutely HATE this. It hasn't actually automatically braked on me yet but it has beeped and flashed the BRAKE sign on the dashboard for absolutely no reason a couple times and it freaks me the fuck out every time. For me personally I find that this system is more likely to cause an accident than to prevent one. I wish there was a way to permanently disable it but from what I've seen you have to disable it every time you start the vehicle.

I have an integra and yeah I hate this system. Does more harm than good by immediately drawing my attention off of the road.
