A great guess and an absolutely hilarious movie! Walk Hard is a bop but it is not the song, unfortunately. The correct song was "Johnny Guitar" by Peggy Lee and was guessed correctly by someone else.

Completely understandable. Supposedly it plays the most out of any song in F:NV, being on both of the main radio stations and heavy in the rotation, twisting the song from an occasional change of pace into an incessant boon on the mood a lot of times.
Some might say you're the real winner for being able to block it from your memory. While I agree to a degree, truth is I was always a fool for my Johnny, the one they call Johnny Guitar.
