Supreme Court refuses to defend constitutional right to organize

Love to see the Supreme Court just blatantly ignoring the Constitution.

They get ~8k applications for certiorari each year and take about 80 on the high end. Most cases do not get granted certiorari.

As a reminder, it only requires four justices to vote to hear a case.
