Was about to sleep, now I'm hungry...

I'm old and live by myself so just I'll take the pork chops and mashed...

Should have picked a different name if ya wanted steak with those potatoes.

Looks really nice. Super solid sear and the taters and veg are on point too.

Did you do that just in a cast iron?

Yep! Best way to cook meat if you're not starting a grill!
