I haven’t actually played in like 10 years so I don’t really know. 🤔

Some of those are in the Paranoia RPG, or at least in one of the many versions that has cropped up over the years.

Paranoia outside the bunker be like:

Chutzpah is one of the stats in Crash Pandas! Along with Alacrity, Ferociousness, and Rotundness.

The names are different but these map pretty well to the Approaches in FATE.
