Feels similar to a bug I encountered yesterday where, after picking up and dropping an explosive canister, I was no longer able to interact with anything (items, friendship doors, extraction console, etc).
Solution was to democratically ‘nade myself. Redeployment fixed it right up.
This game's desync can be funny. I once got launched so high into the air from what I presume to be an invisible dead bile titan, that I could see everything and I got a out 30-40 seconds of hangtime before I hit the ground a few hundred meters out from the mission area. RIP my samples.

Happened to me and continually was able to pick up the first one inserted, and as soon as it was let go, it returned to the SEAF. Quantum warhead.
