I think it'd be great if when I view the link of a post, whether it be an image or whatever, if that marked the post as read. Which would go great with the already existing feature to hide read posts.
Additionally, a button on the main view to see or hide read posts would be cool too but not as important.
Keep up the great work, I love the app!
Edit: it looks like there is already a setting "Mark post as read on image view" that I didn't see. So looks like that works. But it doesn't make the title of the post change from normal to "read" like it does when you click it

Agreed. The post is marked as read if you click into the post itself, but not if you just view the link/content directly from your feed. Maybe this could be a settable behavior.

I can confirm this mark post as read after viewing post image/link is not working in version 1.0.88.
