Can't see own posts on own instance

Basically title.

I'm unable to see anything here when logged in. However, presumably for you and in a private window, the single post I've posted does appear.

This has previously happened in a different community where I posted yesterday, but similarly, the post isn't visible to me yet.

Is there a setting that influences this?

Edit: I just noticed I posted from my alt account, this happens when using the admin account on said instance.
