I feel like the reason why we miss the old memes was because there were unspoken “rules” about what memes were back in the day.

Naw I've seen a few, think most everything has been hit. Especially the super-vintage ones.

I've yet to see vertical comic strips, those guys deadpanning then cheering, or Batman interrogating The Joker, something-something "I can't believe I accidentally the Coke bottle".
