Who stacks two patties on top of each other without something in between them? That burger's gonna slide apart from itself the second you bite into it.

It may not be original, but I usually pin together my burgers with sticks. I think it's worth the hassle, since that makes them much more stable.

Any burger you have to use a fork and knife to disassemble and eat isn't worth it anyway.

I once ate a hamburger with 1 pound of hamburger meat when I was in my teens. The restaurant gave me a special bumper sticker for finishing it. It was not easy. You had to eat all the fries too to get the bumper sticker.
