Alan Wake just doesn't work if flashlight technology is adequately represented

I told a friend who recently played through that game that Alan Wake needs an Acebeam X75.

If you need to use your gun in the dark yer doin' it wrong. Obviously you brought a flashlight that could stun a moose at 50 paces, right?
