Every single night

Every time I eat cheese, I end up eating more than I should because “if I eat it now, I can’t eat it later, so I’ll do better tomorrow”.

I then buy more cheese tomorrow and the cycle repeats.

I doubt I’ll ever learn.

Currently 2:06 am and I just had a slice of cheese. Extra sharp cheddar.
