how to mirror Windows alt+tab behavior in KDE?

I'm using task switcher with Recently used sort order, but I still feel unsure if it's the same behavior

Under systemsettings there are multiple variants for task switcher.

Can you explain what Windows does different? Its not like everyone here uses Windows XD

I'm also confused as I was under the impression that KDE's alt-tab already works like windows task switcher.

I'm just sort of guessing that this relates to some Win11 needless UI shenanigan.

If you're comfortable with user-contributed task switchers downloaded with the Get New Task Switchers button, there's one called MediumDefault by user "adhe" that resembles the one I last used on Windows. I don't know if it's different in modern Windows versions.
