I don't really mind a sensual massage that leaves me frustrated. There is something to be said for an hour of teasing like that. However, if I am trying a place for the first time, or planning on going to a place that I know does not offer extras, I always have a 2nd place in mind I visit immediately after and the pop is always amazing by then.
