Penn State professor accused of committing sexual acts with an animal in PA state forest

Penn state really needs to get it together

Lots of questions here, but number one is why did he go to a state park to have sex with his dog? I'm not an expert in canine-human uh, "relations", but doesn't that seem like something you'd do at home with all the blinds closed?
