Ha! Good thing the ever present anxiety/imposter syndrome forces me to triple check no matter how boring it is. Take that ADHD!

Yep. My paranoia makes me an excellent reviewer of other people's work at my job. It's from a lifetime of catching my own mistakes after some very hard lessons learned.

This explains why every single email I sent that was for wide distribution always... Always... Had a Grammer or spelling mistake. I literally could not help it.

Why not having the best from both worlds? I mostly check my work twice, but there are still mistakes.

Both of my parents have dyslexia and one of them has ADHD and the other has genetic bipolar so its pretty much guaranteed I have something. All of it genetic of course

For anything that isn't private, ChatGPT has been great for this. Not for everything, but pretty helpful for internal consistency checks or providing a more focused revision list.

I use ChatGPT to recheck my emails.
