I'm imagining that was intended as a foothold, the guy (still choking) being dragged out of the hole with the other guy's response being a mix of "not again" and "you need a drop for that to work as intended"

I know it's humour but I hope we don't lose that comic artist like we lost Robin Williams. It would be a huge loss.

So? You use the noose as a stirrup and loop the rope around your arm a few times, get people to pull and now you have an uncle called Bob.
It's all about having a positive outlook on your PC and something about drowning life in homemade lemonade or something ... IDK I'm not a psychologist
