I didn't know. I thought it was some old painting which depicted something in a totally different and unknown context, like so many others in this communtiy. It is never too late to learn.
It was first featured in the Flemish magazine Humo. In Dutch of course. He changed a lot of subscripts to English so his jokes and cartoons could travel the world.
Always very dry humor, but Belgians love that.
