I noticed that Proton mods review posts releasing. Not sure if that is normal on Reddit so

Not all. Most of the posts are automatically published, some are caught by Automoderator and are reviewed manually (as is usual on reddit).

There is not a lot going on yet here, I personally hope this will change in the future.
