Is there a way to auto delete posts once you've scrolled past them?

delete posts? Do you mean maybe hiding read posts/marking posts as read when you scroll? I recall a reddit app had this sort of functionality

Sorry, yes. For example with Feedly you can set your feed to never show the same post twice

I remember doing this on Reddit Sync years ago by combining this option,

Settings shortcut: History > Mark posts as read on scroll

With something like this option,

Settings shortcut: General > FAB action

Set the FAB to hide read posts. The main difference to how I had it working in the past is that with this, you must use the floating action button to periodically purge this content, where as I'm sure I had it working automatically before.

Thanks for this

Settings shortcut: Post options > Swipe to hide

Swipe to hide

Yeah I was hoping there was a way to do so automatically, like with feedly

I saw you posted this in another app's comments. I know Connect does 'scrolling past post marks as read', and also has 'hide read posts'. Not sure if that might be up your alley.

Thanks for this. Yeah I'm trying out a few apps. Do you have a favourite?

Connect has been my favourite. Boost is another, as has Sync. I should probably check out Jerboa, apparently it's improved a lot.
