Hey, I often participate in random acts of pizza on imgur. If you would like, I could order some pizza to yours so you have a meal or two. <3

Usually having a non-standard tech setup renders you a sort of second class citizen. It's really easy to assume everyone is on the bandwagon I guess.

Do you have a phone? Or is this a hypothetical question?

I have a phone. It's registered as a tablet. It's otherwise fantastic -- maps, messengers, password app and a lemmy app. And no scam callers in the middle of my night.

I'm only responding to provide that counterexample -- I have a phone, but no usable number.

If you are trying to login for EI you need to be with CIBC , RBC , Scotia or TD . If you are with a smaller bank no online account for you !

You can get a VoIP number with SMS and use it on your tablet plan. VoIP.ms as the provider and linphone as the SIP client.

It seems like they also have a "password grid" multi-factor option that you can print. I hate seeing custom authentication schemes (or insecure ones like SMS) instead of standards like OATH-TOTP, but I do applaud having accessibility options.
