How much longer can Twitter continue to operate with negative cash flow? Makes me wonder if it will still be around a year from now.

Depends on how much he's subsidizing it with other sources of income. Google ran YouTube at a loss for a very long time before they finally managed to make it profitable.

Of course, I doubt that will happen here, seeing as how Twitter used to be profitable before the muskrat got his hands on it.

Elon Musk can't run a proper ad/ social media company correctly, and he has showed his incompetence. I hope people see what he really wants.
