There is a user who is handmaking them, but not selling them. It's a threaded rod siliconed into a cut off dildo and then screwed into the threaded hole of the cage

Looking at my flat cage I think this could be reasonably done with a set of taps, a dildo, a bolt, and some kind of silicone compatible epoxy. No?

Indeed, I suspect this is custom, because while I've seen strap-ons used for this purpose, I haven't seen a dildo attached this way before.
