Work hard, play hard 😉. i have not missed a deadline yet.

Would be even better if the meeting was video off, or if it wasn't a meeting (and instead could send off your update).

I refuse to use camera in meetings.... Screenshare and voice is enough.

But that would require having requirements. The clients can't just tell us what they want. That would be crazy.

Gotta push for the asynchronous stand up. A day with zero meetings is a beautiful thing.
