Whenever I get hit with a wave of depression, it does help me to remember that if I get through it I’ll likely feel like a god for a few weeks

I just got hit with that in reverse. I was a an absolute chad last week, got all my stuff done, feeling great. Now I'm perpetually exhausted, dream of sleep and death. Zero motivation. Depression a real mood killer that.

Gotta figure out how to even the curves.
