This is a community for the Lemmy instance called lemmy.world. It's used for announcements from the admins, meta discussion about how the instance should run/behave, and stuff like that. My account is on this instance so I subscribe here to learn what's new on the instance.
Your account is on an instance called midwest.social. It looks to me like that instance allows anyone with an account to create a community. So you can make a community there, though if you do that you'll be implicitly signing up to moderate that community until you can get someone else to volunteer. Once you make a community on midwest.social folks here an on other instances would be able to subscribe to it.
I don't think anyone here can help you though, unless there randomly happens to be another wrestling fan willing to mod a new community. But the normal way is just to make the community you want yourself.

There is this wrestling community for professional wrestling, but more than one can be created though on different instances
