That’s not strictly true. Scrolling and writing engage me in very different ways; writing doesn’t feel like work but does induce fatigue as such, whereas scrolling is just relaxing.
I understand that we’re all in this shared fantasy where everyone procrastinates writing their first novel, but underestimating your need for rest is a dangerous game.
