So what was inside besides lettuce?

I make these wraps sometimes, but I'll have to try a version with salad mix, and without noodles.

As I recall it was longaniza, cucumber, and carrots.

So refreshing! I could eat a whole plate of those.

Looks quite delicious.

What is the dip?

Looks like fish sauce. Smell can be overpowering, but the taste is great.
