Parametric EQ Help?

Full disclosure, I don't actually need the help. I run a loopback into a VST on my Mac, good old Equalizer APO on my PC and a Qudelix for when I'm on the go.

I just noticed that the old post on reddit helping people set up parametric equalizers on PC/Mac/iOS/Android was deleted. After I stopped being sad about lost information, I thought that we should probably write up a new one for Lemmy/Kbin.

That being said, I'm hoping the writer of the original post is floating around here somewhere and willing to dispense knowledge again.
