What is your favourite bean from Costco for making cold brew this summer?

I use the pre-ground medium roast in a white bag. 2lb to 2 gallons of water, brew 24 hours. It makes a strong concentrate that can be cut with water or ice for iced coffee or used as espresso in cold drinks.

The one that is similar to the old Dunkin bags?

I have gum recession. All year I make cold brew. Any whole bean will do, in my opinion.

Does the coffee bother your gums? :o

Hot coffee, clementines, cheap wine. Those bother my guns. Cold brew, or coffee with milk like a latte, not so much.
